1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or purchasing any services from Hetneo's Links ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you ("Client", "you", "your") explicitly accept and agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. These terms constitute a legally binding contract. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of our services and platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Nature of Services - Critical Disclaimers

Hetneo's Links provides article posting and link placement services ONLY. We explicitly DO NOT guarantee any specific SEO outcomes. Services are provided 'as available' without guarantees of uptime or availability.

Services we provide:

• Guest post article placement on third-party websites
• Link insertion into existing content
• Homepage link placements where available (URLs kept confidential)
• Content creation and editing services
• Basic reporting of placement URLs (guest posts and link insertions only - homepage link URLs remain confidential)

We DO NOT guarantee:

• Search engine indexing of any content or links
• Search engine rankings or improvements
• Organic traffic increases
• SEO metric improvements (DA, DR, PA, TF, CF, etc.)
• Business outcomes or ROI
• Permanent placement (publishers may remove content anytime)

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Payment Timeline: Payment must be made within 5 days via PayPal or Wise, or the link will be removed until payment is received, and a $25.00 USD late payment admin fee will be added to the invoice.

3.2. Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Wise, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Currency conversion fees are the client's responsibility.

3.3. Late Payment Penalties:

• Immediate removal of all placed links until payment is received
• $25.00 USD late payment fee after 5 days
• Additional $50.00 fee for each 30-day period outstanding
• Permanent removal after 30 days of non-payment
• Collection agency referral for amounts over $500

5. Article Approval and Link Permanence

5.1. Article Approval: You have 48 hours from delivery to review and request revisions. Articles not explicitly rejected within 48 hours are automatically approved.

5.2. Link Permanence: Your contributed articles and associated links will remain live on sites for as long as the site is operational and as long as the publisher continues to own and run the website. We have no control over third-party publishers.

5.3. No Liability for Removals: We are not responsible if publishers remove, nofollow, or modify links after placement. We do not guarantee replacement of removed links.

6. Confidential Information

Website URLs and publisher contact information for homepage link placements are considered confidential and proprietary business information. We do not share this information to protect our publisher relationships and maintain service quality.

7. Content Ownership

You warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all content you submit to us, including text, images, links, and any other materials. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to post, display, and distribute your content as part of our services. You remain responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

8. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse service for content related to:

• Illegal activities or substances
• Adult content, pornography, escort services
• Gambling, casinos, betting (no exceptions)
• Pharmaceuticals
• Weapons, ammunition
• Cryptocurrency scams, forex, binary options
• Any content that could damage publisher relationships

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us at [email protected] before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving any issues you may have.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hetneo's Links shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hetneo's Links, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
